The best apple varieties are picked, juiced, and blended with Leopold Bros. own whiskey, creating a supple and warm spirit. The apples oxidize in charred American oak barrels, where the spirit is naturally coloured by the barrel and apple juice used, and not by artificial colouring agents. Lastly, it is bottled by hand to maintain the integrity of the tart apples.
