The Millstone Special No. 23 PX 7 years old is the 23rd Millstone special of Zuidam Distillers. This was distilled in 2014 and matured for 7 years in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks before being bottled in 2021. It is non-chill filtered and without added colour.

Nose: Fresh oak with a raisin sweetness.
Palate: A true balanced and complex character with vanilla and stewed stone fruits leading the way. Creamy mouthfeel.
